Job summary

Five Below in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead (Part Time). The role trains crew on the Five Below customer service standard and supervises daily store operations to ensure a fast, friendly checkout and top-notch guest experience.

You will assist with stocking, opening/closing duties, and support store leadership in merchandising and staff development. A high school diploma is required with 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and emergencies.
• Open or close the store when needed, including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
