Five Below is seeking a capable store leader in Watauga, TX to oversee daily operations and coach the crew in delivering WOW customer service. The role includes opening/closing, cash handling, stock management, and merchandising collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service at the register and floor.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and leads store operations, staff, and issues.
• Supports opening/closing duties, cash handling and securing the store.
• Mentors onboarding and ongoing training for associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales while controlling expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
