Five Below, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Store Manager in North Carolina to lead a dynamic team and wow customers at every visit.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll supervise daily store operations, train associates, manage receiving and stocking, and drive sales while controlling expenses. The role requires customer-service excellence, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
