Job summary

Five Below, a fast-growing retailer, seeks an on-site hourly crew supervisor to lead store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train staff, assist with stock, and step in as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth daily performance and safeguarding cash and security during opening and closing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively.
• Remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members Wowing customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing processes, cash, doors, alarms, and daily prep.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning, stock room, etc.
