Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout for guests.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and maintains excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
