Five Below is seeking an energetic hourly leader to join our Greenville, OH team. You will ensure the WOW customer experience, train crew, and supervise daily store activities. You may handle opening/closing, cash, and stock while supporting leadership to drive sales.

This role emphasizes flexibility and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Starting at $11.50 per hour, the position offers a path to develop team-management skills while contributing to a vibrant, value-driven retail

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Occasionally manage opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance (trash, cleaning, stock room).
