Job summary

Michaels is hiring at Store - BALT-COLUMBIA, MD to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a quick checkout experience. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and planogram tasks to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enrollments for Private Label Credit Cards, and participating in VOC education. A physically active role with evenings, weekends, and some early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and assist with merchandise returns and go-backs.
