Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing them to merchandise.
• Engage in suggestive selling and stay informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate inventory, service needs, and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store culture.
