Job summary

Five Below is looking for energetic team members to greet and assist customers, answer questions, and guide them to merchandise. You’ll participate in promotions, handle returns politely, and help keep shelves stocked and organized.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, able to work a flexible schedule, comfortable with technology, and skilled in clear communication to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willingness to learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, approaching and acknowledging them.
• Understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges where possible.
