Job summary

Outworx Group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support snow removal operations at the Hebron, KY Airport. This seasonal, on-call role provides administrative and operational support before, during, and after storms to ensure staffing, compliance, and preparedness for each event.

Key duties include onboarding seasonal employees, coordinating airfield access, maintaining ADP records, assisting with training and storm readiness, and supporting payroll documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of office administration or operations support experience.
• Availability to work based on weather conditions, including overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and short-notice storm events.
• Aviation or airport experience preferred.
• Payroll or timekeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and processing of new and returning seasonal employees.
• Coordinate airfield access and badging requirements for seasonal and full-time employees.
• Maintain accurate employee information in ADP and Everbridge communication systems.
• Assist with pre-season operator training and storm readiness.
• Learn equipment capabilities, operator responsibilities, and operational procedures to support management during snow events.
• Assist the Operations team with storm tracking, documentation, and closeout.
• Manage storm forms and timekeeping documentation to support payroll and recordkeeping.
• Assist with fuel dispatch and employee check-in/check-out at fuel terminals.
• Coordinate catering and other operational needs during storm events.
• Support departmental compliance and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Operations team to address issues and keep storm operations running efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
