Job summary

Aero Snow Removal Corp, part of the Outworx Group family, is hiring seasonal, on-call Snow Removal Operators to support winter operations at SLC Airport. You’ll operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment before, during, and after winter weather events.

This role suits candidates with experience operating heavy equipment or snowplows, in a setting that includes short-notice call-ins and extended shifts. Work may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment or snow-removal machinery.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge (TSA background).
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, windy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clear snow and ice from runways, ramps, parking areas, and surfaces.
• Support snow-removal operations before, during, and after storms.
• Assist with post-storm cleanup and related operations.
• Follow airport, safety, and security procedures.
• Report for scheduled and on-call shifts reliably and on time.
• Work as part of a team in changing weather and operational conditions.
