Job summary

Outworx Group, based near ORD Airport in Franklin Park, IL, seeks a Supervisor to lead snow removal crews during the winter season. You will coordinate heavy equipment operators, salt drivers, and seasonal staff to clear sidewalks, parking lots, and tarmac areas around terminals.

You will ensure compliance with snow-handling procedures, manage on-call shifts from November 1 to April 30, and verify timecards while addressing performance issues. CDL preferred and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CDL preferred and ability to obtain.
• Must pass City of Chicago Department of Aviation background check and drive test for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Confidently and accurately handle customer service calls and requests.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with snow-season procedures.
• Oversee sidewalk/parking lot snow removal and chemical application.
• Supervise heavy equipment operators in snow clearing around terminals.
• Assess bulk/liquid usage and equipment condition.
• Validate timecards and assess performance of supervised staff.
• Receive tasks from managers, prioritize and delegate as needed.
