Beaver Creek Ski Resort is seeking a Ski & Snowboard School Assistant Manager to oversee program delivery within the ski and snowboard school. You will lead daily operations, coach instructors, ensure safety, and collaborate with managers to ensure programs run smoothly.

The role emphasizes guest and employee experiences, with responsibilities spanning training, scheduling, payroll, and performance management to support the overall success of school operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Minimum three years as a full-time instructor preferred.
• Current professional instructor certification preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations, including training, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Provide on-hill coaching and quality oversight for instructors.
• Reinforce safety messaging and model safe practices for guests and employees.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to ensure lessons and programs are executed effectively.
• Oversee operations for daily retail lessons, seasonal programs, and specialty offerings.
• Manage resources, labor, and financial performance aligned with goals.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and gather feedback.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
