Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line in Juneau, AK is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Lead to manage shore excursion and guest services teams for the Alaska season. You will ensure operational excellence, train staff, and maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with office software, and a valid driver's license. CDL is not required, but training may be provided; background checks and US work eligibility are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
• A valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• CDL not required but may be obtained; CDL program available.
• Must be at least 21 years old for CDL eligibility.
• If in CDL program, DOT physical and drug screen are required and you will be in random drug testing pool.
• CDL certification may be obtained through the company training course.
• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shore excursion services team and guest services activities.
• Assists in administration of shore excursion services and operations.
• Supports local driver safety training in spring with safety and service audits.
• Uses knowledge of operations and company products to assist staff with routine questions.
• Performs management responsibilities per company policies and applicable laws.
