Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising or leading a shift in retail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates and ensure product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper stock levels.
• Open and close the store with proper safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
