Job summary

Michaels in Richmond-Broad, VA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. You will handle cash at checkout and participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping the store well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide solutions.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
• Assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store recovery, planograms and in-stock optimization while following SOPs.
