Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking a Sales Associate for our New York store. You will create personalized shopping experiences, greet customers promptly, and share information about our brand and sustainability commitments.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales goals while upholding the brand image and dress code. You will handle transactions, assist customers over the phone, check inventory, and ensure products are merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining return policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policies.
• Report to Store Manager and coordinate with team to meet store goals.
