Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking a Sales Associate to create the best possible customer experience in-store. You will greet shoppers, share current product knowledge, process transactions, and communicate the brand's sustainability commitments.

You will maintain stock, merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards, keep back-stock tidy, and support a collaborative team. Flexibility in schedule and strong communication are required; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and build brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and share product knowledge.
• Handle transactions at the cash register and process returns per policy.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock area and support store safety procedures.
• Report to Store Manager and communicate schedule adherence.
