UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote our sustainability commitments while working as part of a dynamic team.

As a frontline ambassador, you will operate the cash register, manage inventory, and ensure merchandise aligns with Visual Merchandising standards. A High School Diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Communicate the brand’s sustainability initiatives and policies.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Report to Store Manager if you will be late or absent.
