Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division seeks a Sales Associate in the United States to create personalized shopping experiences and build brand loyalty. You will listen to customers, share current product knowledge, and communicate our sustainability commitments during each interaction.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, greeting customers promptly, handling transactions at the register, stocking shelves, and upholding Visual Merchandising standards while supporting store goals and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Communicate our return policy and product knowledge to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock and merchandise products following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and assist with safety procedures.
