Job summary

UGG is seeking a Sales Associate at our New York store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the Deckers Brands values. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide solutions aligned with the brand’s sustainability commitments.

You will operate the register, manage stock, and maintain merchandising standards while collaborating with a dynamic team to meet store goals. Prior retail experience and flexible hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Deckers Brands vision to customers and team.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and process returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-stock area and support visual merchandising standards.
• Communicate our sustainability initiatives and brand commitments to customers.
