Job summary

Deckers Brands, including UGG, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized customer experience and promote brand loyalty in our New Jersey store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure exceptional service from entry to checkout.

You will manage the cash register, assist with inventory, and maintain store presentation, while upholding safety and company policies. A positive attitude and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self‑starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Communicate our return policy and promote store image and dress code.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and check inventory daily.
• Merchandise product per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain back stock area.
• Practice safety and respond to theft per policies; report to Store Manager on time.
