Greet customers, assess needs, make on-the-spot recommendations, and explain policies. You will operate the cash register, manage inventory, and merchandize per Visual Merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and respond to inquiries; communicate policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandize products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft per policy.
• Report to Store Manager on schedule and store updates.
