Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stores are seeking a Sales Associate to provide personalized shopping experiences and uphold our brand image. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, explain our return policy, operate the cash register, and keep inventories stocked and organized on the floor and in back-stock.

You will collaborate with your team to meet goals, demonstrate excellent communication, and uphold safety and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions before they leave.
• Communicate our return policy clearly to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and employee break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft per policy.
• Report to Store Manager if late or absent.
