Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Littleton, CO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide friendly service, assist customers, and expedite checkout at the register. You’ll help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-organized store that reflects our brand promises.

You’ll engage customers with information on rewards programs, guide them through Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store options, and support safety and SOP compliance while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods while performing store duties.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist customers and help them locate products and complete enrollments in rewards programs.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
