Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the Castle Rock, CO area to assist customers, maintain a fast checkout, and support store operations including unloading trucks and stocking merchandise.

Responsibilities include helping customers find products, enrolling them in rewards programs, and participating in omnichannel processes while upholding store recovery standards. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollment and private label cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
