Job Highlights

$17.00 - $19.15 per hour

This seasonal part-time role is vital during our busiest seasons. As a Sales Teammate, you will generate sales by providing an exceptional shopping experience, offering friendly, knowledgeable service, and maintaining store presentation. What We Count On Our Teammates To Do

• Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend appropriate apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge enthusiastically
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Work front and back of store as needed

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Flexible schedule availability
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions

Role Purpose

Contribute to store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and providing a unique customer experience. Report to the Store Manager and support store operations, including stock management in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA policies
• Model UA service culture and communicate brand messages
• Participate in product training

Store Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards
• Follow policies and procedures
• Complete operational and cash processes
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies
• Work scheduled hours

Team & Self Development

• Collaborate to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication skills
• Fluency in local language
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
