Job summary

Ferrovial Construction Canada is seeking a skilled supervisor for winter maintenance operations. You will lead shift activities, coordinate daily tasks with crews and equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with established standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least three years in construction or road maintenance, plus a valid Ontario G Class license and MTO permit. Strong record-keeping and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum three years' experience in construction or road maintenance.
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License and MTO Operator’s Permit, with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to prepare and maintain neat, accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise winter maintenance shift.
• Organize daily/weekly work with equipment, materials and labor.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports on activities and hours.
