Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker to support snow removal, road surface maintenance, and traffic control on site in Canada. The role requires operating a range of hand and power tools and vehicles, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of three years' outdoor maintenance experience. The position offers regular on-site work with potential overtime and the ability to contribute to major infrastructure projects

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or outdoor maintenance.
• Ontario DZ license and related safety/training certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal or sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highways and related surfaces and structures.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance.
• Perform traffic control setup and removal as required.
• Transport crew and equipment to work sites.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
