Job summary

Explor Crater Lake, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the on-site store, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier guest experience. You will train and coach staff, oversee receiving, labeling and back stock, and report weekly performance to senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 5 years in retail management with POS experience. Competitive pay, employee housing and benefits are offered for the 2027 season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of successful retail sales or business management POS experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with analytical ability.
