Explor Crater Lake, LLC is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Medford, Oregon location. You will drive sales, manage inventory, oversee receiving and merchandising, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, controlling labor costs, preparing weekly financial reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. Prior retail leadership and POS expertise are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in retail sales or store management with POS experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage payroll and scheduling.
• Analytical mindset with financial awareness.
