Explor Crater Lake, LLC is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager in Oregon. You will lead the store operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier guest service while meeting sales and inventory goals. You will report to the Retail Operations Manager and oversee a team with direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful retail sales/business management POS experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to optimize operations and costs.

Responsabilités

• Lead retail and receiving operations to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Drive sales and manage inventory, receiving and pricing accuracy.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to retail staff.
• Generate weekly financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ISO standards and local laws.
• Schedule staff to maintain labor costs while meeting KPIs.
• Maintain displays, back stock and deli pricing accuracy.
