WeatherTech Direct is seeking Seasonal Retail Store Customer Service Representatives to join our in person team in Colorado. The role focuses on delivering world class service in the factory showroom, handling orders, exchanges, and returns, and providing product knowledge to customers.

You will communicate via phone and email, upsell where appropriate, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in telephone-based customer service or retail sales.
• Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication.
• Listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Type 50 WPM.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in our factory showroom

Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days. Full‑time hours will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.

As a Retail Store Customer Service Representative, you will
