Job summary

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Customer Service Representative to ensure customer satisfaction in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store. You will deliver world-class service in-person, via phone, and email, and assist with product knowledge and support.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service/retail sales, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in telephone-based customer service or retail sales.
• Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong listening to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to type 50 WPM; preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Regularly sit at a computer and focus on screen.
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in our factory showroom.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns per policies.
• Use sales skills to upsell products by gathering customer information and assessing needs.
• Provide timely feedback to management on service failures or customer concerns.
• Work a varied schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Job description

Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days. Full‑time hours will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Seasonal Retail Sales Customer Service Representatives to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Customer Service Representative, you will

• Deliver world‑class customer service in our factory showroom
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a telephone‑based customer service or retail sales environment
• Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
• Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
• Basic computer skills, required
• Type 50 WPM, preferred
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
