Qualifications

• 3–5 years in telephone-based customer service or retail sales.
• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication.
• Listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills; typing 50 WPM preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Seasonal Retail Store Customer Service Representative

Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days. Full‑time hours will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Seasonal Retail Sales Customer Service Representatives to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Customer Service Representative, you will

• Deliver world‑class customer service in our factory showroom


• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures


• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs


• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns


• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours


• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service or retail sales environment


• Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email


• Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
