Schedules vary and include weekends; full-time hours span from 8:00 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m. in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in telephone-based customer service or retail sales.
• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication.
• Listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills; typing 50 WPM preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in our factory showroom.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Use sales skills to upsell products by collecting information and assessing needs.
• Provide timely feedback to management about service failures or customer concerns.
• Work a varied schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
