Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for our Youngstown, OH store to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks while promoting the Michaels Rewards program and private label cards.

The role includes supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), maintaining in-stock conditions, and adhering to SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments and educate on VOC surveys.
• Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; support shrink and safety programs.
