Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Youngstown–Niles, OH is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-store standards to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.

You will handle checkout duties, engage customers with the Michaels Rewards program, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-service environment is preferred.
• Ability to help customers locate products and resolve questions.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities
