Job summary

Join Michaels in Mayfield Heights, OH as a Store Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will deliver a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

You’ll support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), stock replenishment, planogram adherence, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment. The role involves standing, bending, lifting, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Team member must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and store programs.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and recover stock to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
