Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Toledo North, OH location to help customers shop, provide a fast checkout, and support store merchandising. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to keep the store well stocked.

Role includes engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and supporting Omni-channel actions like BOPIS and SFS. Flexibility for standing, lifting, and long shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and educate about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and stock, support shrink and safety programs.
