Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a store associate in Columbus, OH. You will assist customers, keep the store stocked and well- merchandised, and support omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. You will handle cash at the register and help maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. The role includes standing for long periods, lifting, and occasional night/weekend shifts to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Support stocking, planogram maintenance, and merchandise recovery.
