Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member to assist customers in a busy Columbus-Hilliard store. You will help shoppers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining display standards, and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

You will engage customers with the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, promoting benefits while upholding store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with promoting rewards programs and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and maintain cash-handling standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and store credit.
• Support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Help with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
