Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards and private label programs.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support store recovery, returns, and in-stock maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
