Job summary

Michaels Temple, TX is hiring for a Store team member to assist customers, process checkout, and support in-store operations. You will help customers find products, enroll them in rewards, and participate in omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and running the register with accuracy. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting, with cross-training in Custom Framing as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Enrol customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock standards; complete go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
