Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for our Vero Beach store. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, process fast checkouts, and support truck unloading and merchandising.

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, assist with BOPIS/SFS, and help maintain an inviting, well-stocked store environment. Qualifications include retail or customer service experience and the ability to stand for long periods, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties while maintaining store standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Perform store in-stock optimization and planogram duties as assigned.
