Job summary

The Michaels Stores TAMPA-BRUCE B DOWNS location in Florida is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service at the sales floor and at the register, helping customers find items and guiding them through checkout. The role also involves assisting with truck unloads, stocking, and keeping shelves in stock.

Responsibilities include supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, enrollment in Rewards programs, following SOPs, and maintaining store standards with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and stock levels; support store recovery.
