Job summary

Qualifications

• Public retail store setting experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift/move items.
• Familiarity with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Knowledge of planograms (POGs) and store recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Execute fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain in-stock shelves and planograms.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; participate in safety programs and store initiatives.
• Promote rewards program enrollments and VOC survey participation.
