Job summary

Michaels in Oak Park Heights, MN is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well merchandised.

Additionally, you’ll assist with omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, enroll customers in rewards programs, and uphold safety and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments

• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery
• Support store safety and SOP compliance
