Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Newark, DE is seeking a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while supporting omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Availability includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience with cash handling to standards and promote rewards programs.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to stay in stock.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
