Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to join our store team. You will help customers shop, provide fast and friendly checkouts, and support merchandising tasks to keep the store well stocked and inviting.

Responsibilities include cash handling to standards, assisting with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and participating in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while upholding SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and rewards enrollment
• Participate in SISO and AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs
